We have recently had a new carpet fitted in our living room, stairs and landing. When we first contacted Bill he came around within a couple of days and measured up and gave us a large selection of carpets to choose from and explained the different styles etc. We were able to have our carpet fitted within a few weeks. The carpets were delivered to us first thing and then the carpet fitted arrived later as planned. The carpet fitters were great and did a fantastic job. Defiently recommend 5*****

On the day bill dropped the carpets off early as planned and then the carpet fitters arrived later as arranged and fitted the carpets. They did a fantastic job and were great! We just had Amtico LVT laid in our kitchen/ living area, also going around into the utitliy/ WC. We are absolutely thrilled with it! Bill and his team are amazing and thorough from start to finish. Their work is immaculate. Everyone seeing the flooring has complimented it non-stop. It truly does look beautiful and makes everything else look wonderful with it too. Even during the current covid outbreak they have worked very professionally. I would not hesitate to use Opulent homes again nor recommend them to anyone.
